Shipping policy

Current Processing/Shipping Status: Your order will ship within 1-5 business days from date of order - This does not include carrier transit times.

NOTE: For upgraded shipping services such as USPS Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, etc., those guaranteed service times do not start until AFTER our processing time when the shipment leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession.

SHIPPING:
Our goal is to ship your item(s) out within 1-5 business days from the time of the order, Monday through Friday, excluding major Holidays or when freight carriers are not operating. Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes it may take more than 5 business days for an order to ship. If an issue arises and we cannot get your order shipped within 5 business days, we will contact you and make arrangements for a refund or to get your acknowledgement to ship ASAP. Note: Our Processing time above is not the same as the Carrier's Transit time and is not included in the Processing time above.

Note: We reserve the right to select the cheapest method of shipping for our Free Shipping offers & promotions. This will always be at a minimum of either USPS Priority or UPS Ground. *Flat Rate & Free Shipping offers only apply to U.S. Domestic shipments. Canadian orders are processed using UPS Standard service and charged according to current UPS rates at the time of purchase.

TAXES, FEES, DUTIES, TARIFFS & IMPORT TAXES RELATED TO SHIPPING YOUR ORDER:
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/customer to pay and be responsible for ANY tax or fee due for each shipment/item. Shipments outside of the U.S.A., may also be liable for import taxes and/or duties or tariff fees. These also are the responsibility of the purchaser/customer and Cyclone Inks LLC is not liable for such fees.
