**All Shipping/Insurance costs are at the customer's expense. Ink must arrive to us in NEW/Unopened Condition and in Original Shrink Wrap, without any damage or markings and be in resalable condition to receive Gift Card.  Once ink arrives, we will inspect for accuracy, completeness and damage.  Once inspection is done, we will either add the gift card to your Cyclone Inks account, or contact you if your ink arrived incomplete, opened, damaged or the inaccurate ink type/model.  This process is usually complete within 1-3 business days from the time we receive your ink.  If you do not have a Cyclone Inks account, please create one on our website, as it is required in order for us to assign the gift card.  Note: We strongly urge you to add insurance to cover the item's value. If package is lost or damaged in transit to us, we cannot assign your gift card and it will be your responsibility to contact the carrier for a claim.
